2587 Silicone Conformal Coating

2587 is a one-component silicone conformal coating material. It features a solid content of 74%, a viscosity of 400 mPa·s, and a high dielectric strength of ≥20 kV/mm. It cures at room temperature with a tack-free time of 15-20 minutes, withstands temperatures from -50℃ to 200℃, and offers strong adhesion, waterproof and anti-corrosion protection. It complies with RoHS requirements and is mainly used for conformal coating protection on various PCB boards. The recommended coating thickness is 25±5 μm. Shelf life is 12 months.

Operating Instructions

1.Before use, confirm the product condition and stir evenly.
2.Clean the coating surfaces to ensure they are dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
3.Apply the conformal coating evenly to the PCB surface by brushing, spraying, or dipping.
4.Recommended coating thickness: 25±5 μm.
5.Cure at room temperature; tack-free time is 15~20 min.

6.After curing, proceed with subsequent testing or use.
