2577 Conformal Coating is a one-part translucent silicone RTV coating with built-in UV fluorescent tracer for easy coating inspection under UV lamp. It cures by moisture at room temperature, and heating can speed up curing. Low viscosity supports spray, dip and brush coating.
After curing, it delivers reliable electrical insulation, outstanding thermal shock resistance, wide working temperature range from -65℃ to 200℃, good moisture, salt spray and UV resistance. The tough flexible film protects PCB assemblies and electronic components. It meets MIL-I-46058C standard, widely applied in industrial control, communication, power supply and automotive electronics.
