Hot Melt Adhesive

EVA hot melt adhesive pellets are thermoplastic solid granules. It melts under heating and forms strong bond once cooled, no curing agent needed, 100% solvent-free. Designed for automatic melter, widely used in carton packing, gift box, shoe insole, woodworking and automotive interior assembly.

Usage Instruction:

1. Pour pellets into hot melt melter, set melting temperature at 160~180℃.

2. Wait for full melting, stir properly to keep uniform liquid.

3. Apply molten glue onto substrate, align two parts and press together quickly.

4. Keep pressure for several seconds, the glue cools and solidifies rapidly.

Warning: Melted glue is high-temperature, avoid skin scalding.

Storage

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place, away from heat source and direct sunlight. Keep package sealed. Shelf life:18 months. Keep pellets away from moisture to prevent caking.

Safety

Molten adhesive is high temperature. Wear heat-resistant gloves and protective goggles during operation to avoid scald. Do not touch melted glue directly. If skin burned, cool the wound immediately and seek medical help. Keep away from children.
