Taile‑8005 is a 10:1 two-part acrylic structural adhesive. It is specially developed for low-surface-energy plastics including PP, PE, PA and TPE. This two-component liquid adhesive can be applied by manual cartridge gun. After curing, it forms tough bond line with high shear strength, good impact resistance, aging resistance and solvent resistance. It can continuously work from -50℃ to 130℃, widely used for plastic parts assembly in automobile and electronic industries.
Features
Capable of bonding hard-to-stick low-surface-energy plastics: PP, PE, PA, TPE. It also supports dissimilar material bonding.
10:1 volume mixing ratio, 5-7 min working time at 25°C, easy operation and enough adjustment time for assembly.
High shear strength: PP-PP shear strength up to 3.6 MPa; PE-PE shear strength up to 3.5 MPa.
Cured adhesive is rigid with toughness, outstanding impact resistance, anti-aging and solvent resistance.
Wide service temperature range: -50℃ ~130℃, stable performance under extreme hot and cold environment.
100% solid content, no solvent. Available in multiple package sizes: 50ml,250ml,490ml cartridge.

Reminder: For oily TPE and PE substrates, surface sanding & cleaning is recommended for higher bonding strength. Frequent bending workpieces must do pre-sample test before mass production.
