Acrylic Structural Glue

Model 8540 is two-part acrylic structural adhesive with 10:1 mixing ratio by weight, mixed color is light blue. It cures fast at room temperature with initial cure time 8–10 mins at 25℃, shear strength reaches above 18MPa. 
The cured glue owns outstanding flexibility and excellent drop & impact resistance, specially designed for bonding SMC, FRP fiberglass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and magnets, widely used in automotive lightweight and rail transit components.

Processing Guide

Weigh Part A and Part B strictly at 10:1 by weight;
Stir fully for 3 mins until uniform light blue without streaks;
Complete coating & lamination within 8–10 mins after mixing;
Reach full bonding strength after 24 hours room temperature curing;
Clean substrate surface from oil and dust for optimal adhesion.
