Taile 510

Taile 510 High Temperature Anaerobic Flange Sealant Taile 510 is a paste-type anaerobic flange sealant, designed for rigid metal flanges, replace traditional solid gaskets. It cures in the absence of oxygen between closely fitted metal surfaces.

Application Scenarios

• Cast iron, steel rigid flange connection

• High temperature pump, valve, compressor housing sealing

• Equipment working under continuous high temperature environment

• Hydraulic housing, heavy machinery flange sealing

Notes

1. Suitable for metal surfaces only; not recommended for plastic surfaces.

2. Maximum sealing gap should not exceed 0.25mm.

3. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of heavy grease for best performance.

4. Not for use where full oxygen exposure prevents anaerobic curing.

5. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Taile 515

Taile 515 General Purpose Anaerobic Flange Sealant Taile 515 is universal rigid flange anaerobic sealant, paste non-sagging. It can replace paper and rubber gaskets. Fluorescent version available for online leak detection on automated assembly line.

• General metal rigid flanges, gearbox housing

• Water pump, oil pump, small motor housing sealing

• Mass production assembly, convenient maintenance disassembly

• Industrial machinery reducer, pump body sealing

Notes

1. Clean substrate before application, remove oil, dust and rust.

2. Max gap 0.25mm. Too large gap will cause incomplete curing.

3. Fluorescent model can be inspected under UV lamp.

4. Only cure when metal parts are tightly clamped, no oxygen in gap.

5. Keep sealed storage at room temperature.

Taile 518

Taile 518 Flexible Anaerobic Flange Sealant Taile 518 flexible anaerobic flange sealant, specially optimized for aluminum alloy flanges. After curing, the adhesive layer keeps slight flexibility to absorb minor flange distortion and vibration.

Application Scenarios

• Aluminum alloy engine housing, transmission box flange

• Aluminum pump, gearbox and thin-wall metal flanges

• Automotive machinery housing sealing

• Flange with slight deformation or vibration load

Notes

1. Designed for aluminum and metal flanges, avoid use on large gap joints.

2. Clean surface is critical to get stable bonding & sealing effect.

3. Medium low strength, easy to separate during overhaul.

4. Do not apply to continuously exposed open-air surfaces.

5. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, wear protective gloves during operation.
