M450 Instant Adhesive

M450 is a one-component ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive with a soft, flexible formula. It has low blooming and low odor, making it suitable for soft material bonding and appearance-sensitive applications. With a viscosity of 150~250 mPa·s and a fixture time of 8~10 seconds, it can bond soft materials, soft plastics, rubber, elastomers, and other flexible substrates, suitable for crafts and precision bonding.

Operating Instructions

1. Before use, ensure the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, free of oil, and free of dust.

2. Apply a thin layer of adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces.

3. Join the two surfaces and apply light pressure, holding for 8~10 seconds until initial cure is complete.

4. Continue curing at room temperature to reach final strength.

5. After curing, proceed with subsequent testing or use.

Storage & Transportation：

• This product is non-dangerous goods, stored and transported as general chemicals

• Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight

• Shelf life: 12 months
