Product Overview

508 high viscosity super glue is ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive, specially developed for hard-to-bond low surface energy plastics like PP, PE and POM. No primer needed for PP/PE bonding. High viscosity fills large gaps, low blooming, flexible cured layer with excellent drop resistance. Compliant with RoHS, widely used in lighting, toys, cosmetic tubes, carbon fiber and electronic assembly.

1. Bond PP, PE, POM directly without surface primer;

2. High viscosity 1000-1500cps, suitable for 0.1-0.3mm gap filling, no sagging;

3. Ultra-low odor & low blooming, no white fog on product surface;

4. Flexible adhesive layer, shock & vibration resistant, no brittle fracture;

5. Fast initial cure in 8~15 seconds at 25℃, full strength after 24 hours;

6. Universal bonding for plastic, metal, carbon fiber, rubber, leather, nylon.
