Adhesive Auxiliaries are a series of functional additives designed to optimize the performance of adhesives, sealants and potting compounds. The product line covers curing agents, accelerators, silane coupling agents, reactive diluents, defoamers, adhesion promoters and other categories. They can precisely regulate curing speed, significantly enhance substrate adhesion, improve construction processability, and boost weather resistance, aging resistance and chemical resistance of the adhesive system. Compatible with epoxy, silicone, acrylic, polyurethane and other mainstream adhesive systems, these auxiliaries are widely used in electronics, automotive, construction, new energy, aerospace and industrial assembly fields. All products comply with RoHS, REACH and other environmental standards, with low volatility and no corrosion to substrates.
1. Precise Curing Regulation Accurately adjust gel time, surface dry time and full curing period; match room temperature curing, heating curing and UV curing processes to meet different production rhythm requirements.
2. Superior Adhesion Enhancement Effectively improve the bonding strength between adhesives and metal, plastic, glass, ceramic and other substrates, solve the problem of poor adhesion on low-surface-energy materials, and avoid delamination and peeling.
3. Construction Performance Optimization Reduce adhesive viscosity for easy dispensing, spraying and pouring; eliminate bubbles during mixing and construction, improve leveling and wettability, and ensure uniform coating.
4. Enhanced Weather & Aging Resistance Significantly improve the cured layer’s resistance to UV, moisture, salt spray, high and low temperature cycling, and extend the service life of the adhesive structure in harsh environments.
5. Low Dosage & High Compatibility Only a small amount (0.1%–5% of the total formula) can achieve significant performance improvement; good compatibility with most adhesive systems, no impact on the original mechanical properties of the adhesive.
6. Environmental Compliance & Non-Corrosion Low VOC formula, no harmful substances; neutral curing system, no corrosion to metal, PCB, plastic and other substrates, safe for precision electronic components.

6. Industrial Assembly: Heavy machinery part bonding, plastic part assembly, metal frame sealing
1. Confirm the type of auxiliary agent and the matching adhesive system, and test the compatibility in a small sample before formal use.
2. Weigh the auxiliary agent according to the recommended addition ratio (0.1%–5% of the total adhesive formula), and add it to the adhesive.
3. Stir evenly according to the process requirements; for two-component adhesives, add the auxiliary agent to the component A first, then mix with component B.
4. Perform construction (dispensing, spraying, pouring, etc.) after mixing, and complete the operation before the pot life expires.
5. After construction, cure according to the recommended curing conditions, and test the bonding strength and related properties after full curing.
