Product Overview

MS Polymer Adhesive (Modified Silane Polyether Adhesive, also called MS glue) is a one-component moisture-curing eco-friendly adhesive combining silicone and polyurethane advantages. It cures by absorbing atmospheric moisture to form elastic rubber layer, no isocyanate, low VOC, no solvent, no odor during construction. It balances high bonding strength and excellent elasticity, featuring weather resistance, anti-yellowing, waterproof, sound insulation and shock absorption. Compatible with almost all building & industrial substrates, widely used for construction sealing, new energy, automotive assembly, home appliance bonding and metal composite panel fitting. All formulas pass RoHS & REACH environmental certification, no corrosion to metal, plastic, glass surfaces.

Operation Instructions

1. Clean bonding surface, remove dust, oil, water and loose debris, keep dry & clean;

2. Cut cartridge nozzle, install glue gun, extrude glue evenly on single or double surfaces;

3. Assemble components within open time (10–30 mins), press tightly to eliminate bubbles;

4. Skin formation in 10–40 mins; fully cure and reach complete strength after 24 hours (thicker layer needs longer curing time).

 Package specification: 300ml plastic cartridge, 600ml sausage soft pack, 20L bulk barrel

 Storage: Sealed store at 5–25℃ cool dry place, avoid moisture & direct sunlight

 Unopened shelf life: 12 months; finish use quickly after opening cartridge
