Liquid PUR Adhesive is a high-performance polyurethane-based adhesive available in one-component moisture-curing and two-component reaction-curing systems. It forms a flexible, elastic, or semi-rigid solid layer after curing via moisture reaction or chemical crosslinking, delivering exceptional toughness, impact resistance, and long-term durability.
This product line covers general bonding PUR, low-temperature resistant PUR, high-strength structural PUR, and flame-retardant PUR variants. It features excellent adhesion to most substrates, superior weather resistance, and hydrolysis stability. All solvent-free formulas comply with RoHS & REACH environmental standards, with no corrosion to metal, plastic, wood, and electronic components. It is widely used in automotive, construction, furniture, electronics, new energy, and textile industries.
1. Excellent Flexibility & Impact Resistance Cured film maintains high elasticity and elongation, effectively absorbing mechanical vibration and impact; no cracking or delamination under dynamic load or substrate deformation, ideal for structural bonding with frequent stress changes.
2. Wide Temperature & Weather Resistance Stable performance in -40℃ to 120℃ operating range; excellent resistance to UV radiation, moisture, ozone, and temperature cycling, with no yellowing or performance degradation after long-term outdoor exposure.
3. Superior Adhesion to Multiple Substrates Forms strong, permanent bonds with aluminum, steel, copper, ABS, PC, PVC, wood, glass, ceramic, fabric, and foam materials; no primer required for most common substrates, simplifying the bonding process.
4. Fast Curing & High Production Efficiency One-component type cures rapidly upon contact with ambient moisture; two-component system achieves full cure at room temperature within 2–4 hours, compatible with automated dispensing, spraying, and extrusion processes for mass production lines.
5. Outstanding Chemical & Hydrolysis Stability Resistant to water, dilute acid/alkali, oil, grease, and common organic solvents; maintains stable bonding performance in high-humidity environments, with excellent hydrolysis resistance for long service life.
6. Eco-Friendly Low VOC & Non-Corrosive Solvent-free formula with extremely low volatile organic compound (VOC) content; neutral curing system causes no corrosion to metal parts, PCB, plastic surfaces, or precision electronic components, meeting global environmental regulations.
Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, galvanized steel, FR4 PCB, ABS, PC, PVC, PET, PA66 plastic, solid wood, plywood, MDF, glass, ceramic, polyester fabric, leather, EVA foam, and rubber materials.

One-Component Moisture-Curing PUR
1. Clean the substrate surface thoroughly to remove oil, dust, and moisture; ensure the surface is dry and free of contaminants.
2. Apply the adhesive via cartridge gun, automatic dispenser, or extrusion; control the glue amount and thickness evenly.
3. Maintain ambient humidity at 40%–60% for optimal curing; surface dry in 10–30 minutes, full cure in 24 hours at 25℃.
4. Avoid contact with water or high humidity before full cure to prevent foaming or incomplete curing.
Two-Component Reaction-Curing PUR
1. Weigh component A and B strictly according to the specified mixing ratio (standard 1:1 / 2:1), and stir evenly until no color streaks remain.
2. Complete the application within the pot life (20–60 minutes at 25℃) to avoid viscosity increase affecting construction.
3. Cure at room temperature for 2–4 hours, or heat at 60–80℃ to accelerate curing; perform bonding strength test after full cure.
