Polyurethane Structural Adhesive is a high-toughness, high-strength two-part or single-component moisture-curing polyurethane bonding material. It forms a flexible, impact-resistant elastic layer after full curing, solving the brittleness defect of epoxy structural adhesives.
This series features excellent shear strength, peel strength, anti-drop, shock absorption, waterproof, weather-proof and anti-corrosion performance. It achieves reliable bonding between dissimilar substrates: metal, aluminum alloy, steel, ABS, PC, nylon, FRP, SMC composite, plastic, rubber and ceramic.
Our PU structural adhesives are widely adopted in new energy vehicles, automotive lightweight assembly, auto interior parts, rail transit composite components, electronic equipment shell fixing and machinery hardware assembly. 2. Two-component Room-Temperature Curing Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Fixed A:B mixing ratio, controllable working time, fast strength build-up. Ultra-high tensile and shear strength for heavy-load structural assembly of rail transit, new energy battery modules and composite materials.
