Product Introduction

Taile 5622 is a two-component polyurethane structural adhesive. It cures at room temperature with high bonding strength and excellent toughness. It can absorb vibration and resist thermal cycling, ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates including metal, FRP composite, hard plastic, wood. It remains flexible after curing to reduce stress cracking.

Taile 5622 is two-component polyurethane structural adhesivewith a 1:1 mix ratio. It provides high shear strength of 12 MPa and tensile strength of 12 MPa, with a hardness of 45D. It is suitable for structural bonding of metal, plastic, composite materials, and other substrates, with good impact resistance. It is widely used in automotive assembly, industrial assembly, and new energy battery bonding. Shelf life is 6 months.It cures at ambient temperature without high heat requirement.
The cured adhesive combines high structural strength and elasticity. It can accommodate different thermal expansion rates between dissimilar materials, absorb vibration and shock, avoid cracking under temperature cycling.
Good waterproof and weather resistance for indoor & outdoor use.

Operating Instructions

1.Before use, confirm the 1:1 mix ratio of components A and B, and weigh accurately by weight or volume.
2.Apply a thin layer of adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces.
3.Mix components A and B thoroughly to avoid uneven mixing and poor curing.
4.Apply the mixed adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces and complete assembly within the working time.
5.Cure at room temperature, and proceed with subsequent testing or use after curing.
