Taile 601 is a low viscosity anaerobic retaining compound, designed for ultra-precision minimal clearance assembly. It works on slightly oily metal surfaces, locks and seals shaft and bushing assemblies to eliminate fretting corrosion, widely used for precision motors and small press-fit components.
Taile 603 is a low viscosity anaerobic retaining compound with excellent oil tolerance. It cures on metal surfaces with slight residual oil, locks cylindrical assemblies such as bearings, pump and gearbox shaft sleeves. It stops loosening caused by vibration and eliminates fretting corrosion for small clearance press-fit components.
Taile 609 is low viscosity general-purpose anaerobic retaining compound. It features fast fixture time and economical cost, suitable for mass production of standard bearings and common cylindrical parts. It locks press-fit assemblies, stops vibration loosening and reduces fretting corrosion.
Taile 638 is high viscosity anaerobic retaining compound with ultra-high strength and fast curing speed. It is suitable for heavy-duty, large gap and dynamic load assemblies such as gears and pulleys. It prevents vibration loosening and fretting corrosion, and keeps stable performance under high temperature up to 180℃.
Taile 648 is fast-curing UV fluorescent anaerobic retaining compound. It features ultra-fast fixture speed, high temperature and oil resistance. Ideal for automatic production line and high-speed bearing assembly. The fluorescent additive allows UV inspection to verify glue coverage, effectively locking cylindrical fits and eliminating fretting corrosion.
