PU Potting Compound

8800 is a two-component polyurethane potting compound with a 100:30 mix ratio. It has a black/gray appearance, a specific gravity of 1.3, a viscosity of 1000-1500 cps, a hardness of 82A, and a thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/m·K. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating, and provides good insulation, waterproof, and flame retardant protection. It is widely used for general purpose potting, electronic component encapsulation, transformer potting, and sensor potting.

Operating Instructions
1.Before use, confirm the 100:30 mix ratio of components A and B, and weigh accurately by weight.
2.Clean the potting surfaces to ensure they are dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
3.Mix components A and B thoroughly to avoid uneven mixing and poor curing.
4.Pour the mixed adhesive evenly into the area to be encapsulated; vacuum defoaming is recommended if necessary.
5.Cure at room temperature or by heating, and proceed with subsequent testing or use after curing.
