Polyurethane Potting Compound

Taile 8552 is a two-component polyurethane potting compound with ratio can be set according to different requirements. It has a white/black appearance, a viscosity of 1000-1500 cps, a hardness of 60D, and a thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/m·K. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating, and provides good insulation, waterproof, and flame retardant protection. It is widely used for motor potting, power supply module potting, electronic component encapsulation, and industrial control.

Operating Instructions:

1.Before use, confirm the 5:1 or 1:1 mix ratio of components A and B, and weigh accurately by weight.
2.Clean the potting surfaces to ensure they are dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
3.Mix components A and B thoroughly to avoid uneven mixing and poor curing.
4.Pour the mixed adhesive evenly into the area to be encapsulated; vacuum defoaming is recommended if necessary.
5.Cure at room temperature or by heating, and proceed with subsequent testing or use after curing.
