3830 is a semi-transparent UV curable adhesive customized for FPC flexible circuit board reinforcement. It cures rapidly under UV irradiation. After curing, it features good flexibility, high bonding strength, wide temperature resistance, solvent-free and low shrinkage. It reinforces and protects flexible cables, prevents FPC cracking during bending, and is compatible with automatic dispensing mass production.

Storage & Safety

Store sealed in cool, dark place at 8-25, avoid sunlight and UV light exposure. Keep container tightly closed after opening. Work in well-ventilated area, avoid skin & eye contact. Refer to MSDS for full safety guidelines.

Usage Instruction
Clean bonding surfaces to remove grease, dust and moisture.
Apply thin layer of UV glue onto one substrate.
Align and press two parts to exclude bubbles.
Irradiate bonding joint with sufficient UV-LED light for curing; curing time depends on light intensity.
Reach full bonding strength after 24 hours at room temperature.
Note: UV light must reach glue layer; shadow area cannot cure completely.
