UV Adhesive 3349

TAILE‑3349 is a one‑component thixotropic UV‑visible light curable acrylic adhesive. Featuring a thixotropic formulation, it resists flowing and wicking along edges after dispensing. It forms a flexible adhesive layer upon curing to prevent stress cracking on stress‑sensitive plastics such as PC. It delivers good bonding strength to PC, ABS, acrylic, glass and metal.

1. Single‑Component UV & Visible‑Light Curing One‑part acrylic formula, no mixing required. Fast cure under UV or visible light, great for automated production lines.

2. Thixotropic Non‑flowing Performance Thixotropy feature prevents glue flowing and creeping before curing, clean bonding edge for precise assembly operation.

3. Anti‑stress‑crack for Sensitive Plastics Forms flexible tough layer after curing, effectively avoids stress cracking on PC, ABS and other stress‑sensitive plastic substrates.

4. Multi‑substrate Compatibility Excellent adhesion for polycarbonate, acrylic, glass, metal and hard plastics, widely used for plastic‑plastic, plastic‑metal composite bonding.

5. Important Note Only lighted area can be cured. Shadow zones without UV/visible light exposure cannot achieve full curing.
