UV Curable Sealant

UV curing sealant is one-component acrylic resin adhesive. It cures rapidly under UV light, no mixing or heating required. After curing, the glue layer is dense and transparent, featuring waterproof, insulation, weather resistance and anti-yellowing performance. Widely used for sealing, filling and edge protection of electronic components, LED modules, optical parts, glass and plastic assemblies. Low shrinkage, excellent adhesion on PC, PMMA, glass, ABS, ideal for automatic dispensing mass production.

1.Surface Preparation
Clean the bonding/sealing surface, remove oil, dust and moisture. The substrate surface must be dry and clean.

2.Dispensing
Use automatic dispenser or manual syringe to apply UV sealant evenly on the gap or edge. Control glue thickness within 2mm for one-time curing.

3.UV Curing
Expose the glue to sufficient UV light (365nm / 405nm). Cure time depends on UV intensity and glue thickness. Ensure UV light fully hits the adhesive; shadow areas cannot cure.

4.Inspection
Check if the glue is fully cured, no tackiness on surface, no bubbles or incomplete curing.

5.Post-processing
Fully cured parts can proceed to next assembly, polishing or testing.

Suitable Substrates:

Glass, PC, PMMA, PET, ABS, PVC and other UV-transparent plastics.

Note: UV light must penetrate the material to reach adhesive layer. Opaque materials cannot be cured by this UV sealant.

Storage Condition: Sealed, keep away from UV light, heat source. Storage temperature 5~25℃
Shelf Life: 12 months under original sealed condition. Please use up within 1 month once opened.
