Taile‑3831 shadowless UV adhesive is one‑component acrylic UV curable adhesive. It features ultra‑high transparency, producing invisible bond‑line after curing, which meets strict appearance requirements for transparent products.

It bonds glass, crystal, acrylic, polycarbonate and metal firmly. Fast curing under UV‑light without heating, no solvent, 100% solid content. Suitable for glass furniture, crystal crafts, acrylic ornaments, transparent hardware assembly.

Note: Sufficient UV light exposure is required for full curing. Shadow areas cannot cure. Poor adhesion for PP and PE plastics.

Taile 3831 shadowless UV adhesive is a single-component acrylic UV curable adhesive with high transparency, mainly used for bonding and assembly of transparent aesthetic parts.

1. Glass & Crystal Crafts Glass ornaments, crystal gifts, crystal tableware, glass art decorations, glass furniture such as glass table tops. After curing, the glue line is invisible, maintaining the perfect transparent appearance of products.

2. Acrylic / PMMA Products Acrylic display stand, acrylic sign, acrylic photo frame, acrylic handicraft, transparent plastic showcase. It bonds acrylic tightly without whitening.

3. Electronic & Optical Components Transparent lens assembly, optical filter, transparent plastic housing, small electronic decorative parts. Low shrinkage ensures stable optical performance.

4. Polycarbonate(PC) Plastic Parts PC transparent protective cover, PC light housing, transparent PC decorative panels. Good compatibility with PC material, less stress cracking risk.

5. Metal & Transparent Material Composite Bonding Metal frame + glass / acrylic assembly, metal decorative trim bonding. Forms strong adhesion between metal and transparent substrates.

Application Reminder: Only the area irradiated by UV light can cure completely. Not suitable for PP, PE and other low-surface-energy polyolefin plastics.

Keep the product sealed and stored in a cool, dark warehouse, away from direct sunlight, UV light and high temperature environment. Shelf life: 12 months under recommended storage conditions. Once opened, please seal the bottle tightly and consume as soon as possible to avoid accidental curing.

1. This adhesive may cause mild irritation to skin and eyes. Avoid direct skin and eye contact.

2. Wear gloves and protective goggles during operation. Ensure good ventilation at workplace.

3. In case of skin contact, wipe uncured glue with isopropyl alcohol then rinse with plenty of clean water.

4. If splashed into eyes, flush eyes continuously with clean water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical treatment immediately.

5. Do not pour leftover glue into sewer. Dispose waste in accordance with local chemical waste regulations.
