Taile 2777 is a one-component, solvent-free, low viscosity, transparent silicone resin conformal coating with 100% solids. It contains a UV fluorescent indicator and can self-level quickly, making it easy to spray, dip, brush, or cast. It offers fast surface drying at room temperature (8-10 minutes), good thermal shock resistance, moisture resistance, and stable performance from -60℃ to +200℃. It meets UL 94V0 and is suitable for PCB conformal coating protection. Shelf life is 12 months, available in 1L, 5L, and 18L packaging.

Operating Instructions
1.Surface finishing: Clean the surface of the object to be coated, removing dust, oil, etc.
2.Coat samples as required (spray, brush, dip, flow, etc.).
3.If a thinner coating is desired, it can be diluted with a special diluent.
4.Fast surface drying at room temperature in 8-10 minutes; can be heated (60℃~80℃) for fast curing.
5.If the unsealed resin is not fully used, please seal and store the remaining resin in time.
