Product Introduction
401 is a one-component cyanoacrylate instant adhesive. It is a surface-insensitive, medium-viscosity instant adhesive suitable for porous, acidic, and absorbent materials. With a viscosity of 40~80 mPa·s, a fixture time of 10~20 seconds on steel, and a shear strength of ≥20 N/mm², it provides reliable bonding for metal, plastic, rubber, wood, paper, leather, and fabric. Shelf life is 12 months, packaging is 20g/1kg per piece.

Operating Instructions
1.Before use, ensure the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
2.Apply a thin layer of adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces.
3.Join the two surfaces and apply light pressure, holding for 10~20 seconds until initial cure is complete.
4.Continue curing at room temperature for 24 hours to reach maximum chemical/solvent resistance.
5.After curing, proceed with subsequent testing or use.
