Product Introduction

411-B is a one-component ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive specially designed for silicone bonding. Silicone requires no surface treatment, which simplifies the process and improves efficiency. With a viscosity of 60~80 mPa·s and a fast fixture time of 5~8 seconds, it can bond silicone, silicone rubber, soft PVC, PC, ABS, gummy, TPU, and other materials, suitable for electronic assembly and precision bonding.

Operating Instructions

1.Before use, ensure the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
2.Apply a thin layer of adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces.
3.Join the two surfaces and apply light pressure, holding for 5~8 seconds until initial cure is complete.
4.Continue curing at room temperature to reach final strength.
5.Silicone surfaces require no primer treatment; adhesive can be applied directly.
