1. Product Overview

6188 single-component neutral RTV silicone sealant is paste silicone rubber, solidify by absorbing ambient moisture at room temperature without heating. After curing, it forms elastic silicone rubber layer with strong adhesion, outstanding waterproof insulation, oil resistance, UV resistance and cold & heat resistance. The product adopts neutral alcohol-type formula, no corrosive substances released during curing, will not damage circuit boards, metal shells and plastic parts. Moderate viscosity ensures smooth extrusion during long-time dispensing, no wire drawing or nozzle blockage, perfectly match manual glue cartridge and industrial automatic dispensing equipment.

3.Widely Application Scope

4. Operating Instructions

1. Clean the bonding surface thoroughly to remove grease, dust and moisture, keep substrate dry and clean

2. Install the product into glue gun or dispenser, extrude silicone evenly along the gap or bonding position

3. Complete assembly fitting within the surface drying time (3-5 minutes)

4. Place workpiece under normal temperature environment for 24 hours to achieve complete curing and full bonding strength

5. Clean residual uncured silicone with alcohol in time after operation

5. Storage & Attention

1. Store in sealed package, cool dry warehouse below 25℃, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment

2. Finish using quickly after opening the package to prevent moisture entering the tube causing solidification

3. Do not contact with sulfur, amine curing agent substances, which will lead to incomplete curing

4. It is recommended to make a small adhesion test on special substrates before mass production
