Two-Component Silicone Foaming Sealant

6224 is a two-component silicone foaming sealant. It consists of two liquid parts A and B, which cure and foam through an addition reaction after mixing at a 1:1 mass ratio. It features low water absorption, good resilience, and can be used in gradient 3D applications. It complies with RoHS environmental requirements and provides moisture-proof, vibration-proof, and insulation functions. It is suitable for bonding and sealing the frames of electronic, electrical, and instrument components.

Operating Instructions
1.Before use, confirm the product condition and accurately weigh components A and B at a 1:1 mass ratio.
2.Clean the surfaces to be coated to ensure they are dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
3.Mix components A and B thoroughly and apply to the area to be sealed or potted.
4.After mixing, the gel begins to foam within 40-60 seconds and becomes tack-free in 8-15 minutes.
5.During foaming and curing, keep the components fixed to avoid displacement until fully cured.
