Methoxy Instant Adhesive

460 is industrial-grade methoxy cyanoacrylate instant glue developed for precision electronic assembly with strict appearance requirements. Different from traditional ethyl super glue, its exclusive methoxy formula greatly reduces volatile substances, realizing zero whitening and ultra-low odor after curing.
With ultra-low viscosity of 100–150cps, it flows freely to penetrate micro tiny gaps of precision components without overflow. It delivers excellent native adhesion to electronic components, various metals and engineering plastics, eliminating the need for surface primer for most electronic workpieces, simplifying production line processes and boosting assembly efficiency.
After full curing, the glue layer stays completely transparent without covering the original color of substrates, perfectly matching transparent electronic shells, light-color electronic accessories, acrylic ornaments and precision hardware assembly. Operation Instructions

1.Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly to remove oil, dust and release agent; slight sanding on super smooth surfaces can further improve adhesion. No pretreatment required for electronic components, general plastics and metals. Only silicone and oil-contained rubber need coating with 770 surface primer before bonding.
2.Apply an even thin layer of glue on only one side of the substrate; thinner glue layer achieves faster curing and completely avoids whitening.
3.Align two substrates tightly and hold pressure for 8–15 seconds to complete initial positioning. Parts reach 80% usable strength after 1 hour, and maximum ultimate bonding strength after 24 hours room-temperature curing.
4.Tighten the cap fully after use, store in cool dark place away from high temperature; high temperature environment will shorten shelf life.
