Product Introduction

419 is a one-component cyanoacrylate instant adhesive with high viscosity and toughness. With a viscosity of 1000~1500 mPa·s and a fixture time of 15~25 seconds, it offers good toughness and excellent impact resistance. It is suitable for bonding bakelite, carbon fiber, rubber, metal, and other materials. Typical applications include billiard cues and carbon fiber products. Shelf life is 12 months and packaging: 20g/1kg per bottle.

Operating Instructions

1.Before use, ensure the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
2.Apply a thin layer of adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces.
3.Join the two surfaces and apply light pressure, holding for 15~25 seconds until initial cure is complete.
4.Continue curing at room temperature to reach final strength.
5.After curing, proceed with subsequent testing or use.
