Product Introduction

498H is a one-component ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive with high temperature and moisture resistance. With a viscosity of 800~1000 mPa·s, a fixture time of 8~20 seconds on steel, and a shear strength of 19 N/mm² on grit blasted steel, it offers excellent thermal cycling resistance: 150℃ for 2 hours, max tested 150℃ for 5 hours, instant 180℃. It is suitable for PVC,ABS, speaker assembly, PCB component fixing, motor bonding, and other high-temperature applications. Shelf life is 12 months, available in 20g and 1kg packaging.
